Return Policy


Following current legislation, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, let us know through soporte@snappybook.com within 14 business days from the date of receipt and we will do it again so that it was perfect.

Under current legislation, the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized, as is the case of our products. For this reason, MAXCOLOR will not accept cancellations or returns that do not correspond to those described in this return policy.

It must be understood that each product ordered from MAXCOLOR is made individually by professionals in the printing and binding industry who take all possible care in its production, despite this there may be cases in which the final product presents some feature that is not to the user's liking.

For purely technical reasons, there may be small color variations in the printing of several copies of the same book or personalized product. These variations, if they occur, would be very subtle as all of our equipment is calibrated daily for the most accurate color reproduction possible. These small color differences are not considered a production error. On the other hand, the achievement of an accurate color depends on the calibration by the user of his monitor and the environment in which he works. Also, you should use the correct output profiles. This entire process is considered typical of a professional book or product and is outside the scope of MAXCOLOR's standard service. Therefore, in any case and as a general rule, returns are not accepted for issues related to color.

Our Products and/or Services are completely personalized and MAXCOLOR will not edit, correct or modify them in any way. It is your responsibility to review it before sending it to print. Specifically, pay special attention to:

* Fonts, grammatical errors, unfinished texts or other errors in the text.

* Low resolution images that may appear blurry in print. The program will notify the user of the images that do not meet the resolution requirements, leaving it up to the user to incorporate them into the book or not. Therefore, MAXCOLOR will not accept returns of books due to low resolution or definition of the images.

* Issues related to the design itself, such as the book format, organization, style, color and layout of the elements of the pages and covers.

* Books designed with other editors or programs other than SnappyBook may not exactly meet the precise measurements for the preparation and subsequent manufacture of the same. MAXCOLOR will not accept returns of books edited or paginated with other programs and incorporated into SnappyBook through any process.

* The representation of the book on the screen is approximate and there may be a difference of several millimeters in its subsequent manufacture. A difference of up to 5 mm between the representation on the screen and the final result will not be considered a manufacturing error.

* Any other creative options that can be done with SnappyBook.

* The determination of the delivery period begins from the moment the book or personalized product is ready and correct to be printed until it is sent to the user. Therefore, those that suffer delays because they are not initially, upon receipt, ready or correct for production and have required, by the user, some type of subsequent correction, will not be considered after the delivery period.

Errors attributable to the transport of the book (bumps and damage visible to the naked eye) must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Cancellation policy:

MAXCOLOR may accept the cancellation of the order as long as we have not proceeded to print it.

To cancel your order, you must contact MAXCOLOR customer service, calling 902 116 841.

You should only complete and send this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract.
