Can you change the size of the book?
It is not possible, we would have to start over.
How long does it take to make a book?
The normal delivery time is 4 or 5 days from the receipt of your order. For editorial albums the delivery time is 7 or 9 business days.
Can I move a saved book from one computer to another?
Yes... You have to do the following: – Open the book you want to take with you. – Click on the File menu –> export book to another computer… This will generate a file with a .buk extension. You can record this file to a CD or a memory stick to take it to the other computer. From the other computer, open the Snappybook, and click on File—>import book from another computer… (select where you have saved it), and you will have the Snappybook on that computer. You only have to keep one thing in mind, and that is the fonts. Try to have the ones you used on the first computer installed on the second, otherwise the program replaces them with a default one.
I have a Mac. What version of the program do I have to use?
Snappybook is based on a plugin called Java. If you have Java 5 installed, you will only be able to use version 5.13 of the program. If your computer has Java 6, you can use version 6.X of the program. You can see the Java version, from Java Applications.
Can I add new skins to the program or backgrounds?
No. The program can only use the resources it brings.
Can I modify the book templates?
Yes. The program templates can be modified. New image and text boxes can be added, they can be removed, or their position and size can be changed.
Can I use other programs to design my Snappybook?

Measurements expressed in centimeters, with 0.5 cm bleed for canvases except the 21×28 format, which is 1 cm, and 2.5 cm bleed for hard covers. The size of the covers is variable according to the number of canvases.
How can I pay for my Snappybook?
Payment can be made by card through the following address “Snappybook payment gateway” from where you will finally access a secure server or by bank transfer to the following IBAN ES44 2100 1691 1102 0006 2071 indicating the NUC (unique basket number).
